The Pot Pepper Ingredients
The Ingredients
- large skillet
- 10 jalapeno peppers, seeded and halved
- 1 cup CannaCream Cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ¼ cup bacon bits (optional)
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- oil for frying
Step 1
Combine into a nice mixture the CannaCream Cheese, bacon bits, paprika, salt and pepper. Then fill the prepped jalapeno halves with the cheese mixtures.
Step 2
In separate bowls, set the milk, flour and bread crumbs aside. Dip each jalapeno into the milk then in to the flour and finally into the breadcrumbs. Set aside and allow to dry for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the jalapenos for about 2 minutes on each side, or until brown. Drain on a paper towel and serve
