1) Add some H2O to the Experience
In general, the closer your mouth gets to the burning weed, the more you are going to cough. One solution is to use a bong. Bongs tend to cool down the smoke and the water in the bong makes the smoke less harsh and dry. For an extra-soothing experience, try using warm water in the chamber.
2) Take Smaller Intakes
Your lungs might not be cut out for those deep puffs. If you are a noobie, then this will often happen, you’ll take a long deep hit and then cough it out. If you are new to smoking marijuana try to take smaller hits and relax between hits.
3) Don’t Smoke it, Eat it
Most people think that in order to make the most out of their weed you have to smoke this stuff. This is wrong!
